Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm MST through Sunday, or holidays.
We are experiencing some delays in manufacturing resulting in possible delays. We are working hard to correct these delays. Please bear with us during this time. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS.
Local delivery
Local delivery is not available at this time.
In-store pickup
Pickup is not available at this time.
International Shipping
We are based in the United States. We offer international shipping to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Canada, Chile, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NUE UX is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
NUE UX will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We will try to accommodate your order if reasonable.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation. We will not attempt to file a claim internationally.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nueux.live with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
